The United States Pharmacopeia is the lead pharmacopeia for the international harmonization of the compendial standards for Hydroxypropyl Cellulose, The procedures and specifications in the PROPOSAL stage harmonization draft presented in this article reflect the USP Committee of Revision's efforts to develop; a harmonized monograph for the subject article, The Subcommittee on Excipients-Monographs invites comments regarding the draft of these revisions, Comments should be submitted by November 29, 1996.
