摘要
Ga-68-DOTATATE PET/CT is a well-known modality in diagnosis, staging, and in predicting therapy response of neuroendocrine tumors. We present a case of 63-year-old woman with diagnosis of pancreas neuroendocrine tumor showing Ga-68-DOTATATE uptake in a lymph node in left axilla. It was diagnosed as capillary hemangioma after biopsy. Ga-68-DOTATATE uptake in bone hemangiomas is well-known; however, its uptake in a nodal hemangioma is worth to know as it might change the clinical perspective.
