摘要：

Taking up analytical tools from the socioanthropology of money and monetary valuation, I question the symbolic and moral foundations that are behind the practices and conflicts that develop around the housing subsidy dependent on the Ministry of Human Develop-ment and Habitat of the City of Buenos Aires, as well as the different meanings attributed to the money from it and its beneficiaries.
