Analyzing the Critical Success Enablers of Industry 4.0 Using Hybrid Fuzzy AHP-CoCoSo Method

摘要
Industry 4.0 has emerged as a valuable solution for tackling the present-day cut-throat competition. This work aims to identify and analyze the Critical Success Enablers (CSEs) which makes the implementation of Industry 4.0 easier. These Enablers have been identified through literature exploration and expert's discussion. Afterwards, a hybrid methodology based on fuzzy AHP and combined compromised solution (CoCoSo) method was used. Fuzzy AHP approach has been used for computation of weights of Desired Outcomes (DOs) of industry 4.0 implementation (used as a baseline for prioritization of CSEs). CoCoSo method has been used for finding the ranking of identified Enablers. Moreover, results obtained by fuzzy AHP-CoCoSo method has been validated by another hybrid methodology i.e. fuzzy AHP-proximity indexed value (PIV) method. The results obtained by using these hybrid methods are quite similar.
