THE ONE-ON-ONE COLUMN WILL PROVIDE EVIDENCE-BASED STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING GUIDELINES TO ENHANCE PERFORMANCE WHILE REDUCING INJURIES ON THE FIRE GROUND, AND DISCUSS MODIFICATIONS/SAFETY PRECAUTIONS SPECIFIC TO THE NEEDS OF THE FIREFIGHTER.
