摘要
Airbus Defence and Space (ADS) and Dassault Systemes (DS) teamed to explore how Earth Observation could bring real benefit to the community by simulating physical phenomena's. Airbus Defence and Space operates high resolution Earth Observation satellites and Dassault Systemes develops SIMULIA, a powerful simulation tool. This article describes the end to end approach from satellite images processing to the simulation results delivered to customers analysing human activities and impact on their community and environment. Simulations are compared with real measurements to demonstrate the benefit of a digital approach based on Earth Observation.
