摘要
In this paper, we have studied a centralized base station-based underwater communication network that can control underwater sensor nodes efficiently, similar to terrestrial cellular-based networks. We also designed and implemented underwater communication algorithms and network protocols for this network. We have performed multiple at-sea experiments to test the performance of the developed network, and the experiments demonstrated that the PER of the developed network was 0.01-0.03.
