摘要：

Diabetes is a pathology with multiple repercussions. Micro- and macrovascular complications, visual or renal deficits and scarring problems are increasingly well treated. This should not make us forget that this pathology also alters the quality of life and that an unfavorable socio-economic environment has an impact on its management.
