摘要
Since the beginning of the multilateral commitment to green growth, many local policies have been generated. At the same time, there has been a growing interest in researching and deepening the implementation and evaluation of programs derived from international commitments. The aim of this paper is to present a comprehensive analysis on the state of research regarding green growth and public policy in the last decade (2011 -2021). For this purpose, a systematic review of the literature was made, identifying the relevant publications with the keywords: "green growth" and "public policy", and "bioeconomy" and "public policy" in the search engines of the Scopus and Web of Science databases. It is found that most of the academic production takes place in Europe and Asia, and the topics with greater interest are the determinants of the effectiveness of public policy, the directions in technology and innovation, investment, policy evaluation and conceptual discussion on which policy is supported.
