摘要
A new spirostane glycoside was isolated from the leaves of Dracaena fragrans. The structure of this compound was elucidated as spirosta-5,25(27)-diene-1 beta,3 beta-diol-1-O-alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1 -> 2)-O-[alpha-Larabinopyranosyl-(1 -> 3)]-beta-D-xylopyranoside, which was determined by spectroscopic analysis 1D and 2D NMR, and mass spectrometry (HR-ESI-MS in positive mode).
