摘要
In order to perform the simulation analysis of the vibration characteristics of the gearbox case more effi-ciently and accurately, this study proposes a new multi-mass non-tooth contact gearbox case finite ele-ment model considering gears, shafts, bearings, and the gearbox case. Firstly, the difference between this new model and the traditional empty gearbox case finite element model and their first 20 modes are compared and analyzed, Then the dynamics model of the herringbone gear transmission system is estab-lished considering the comprehensive meshing stiffness excitation and the meshing impact force excita-tion, and then the vibration response of the two gearbox case finite element models under the same operating conditions are solved separately, The simulation results are compared with the experimental measurement results of the vibration response measurement experiment of the herringbone gear reducer to verify the feasibility of the new model and its dynamic response calculation accuracy. The comparison and validation results show that the simulation results of the vibration response of the new model estab-lished in this study are in better agreement with the experimental measurement results of the vibration response of the case of the test gearbox than the simulation results of the traditional gearbox case model.(c) 2023 Elsevier Ltd.
