摘要
Smart labels are an effective way to provide timely feedback to consumers on the quality of fruit and vegetables and have great potential for development and market application. This paper reviews the types and research progress of smart labels. It also summarizes the classification of various smart labels according to the factors affecting the quality of fruit and vegetables. Based on the characteristics of fruit and vegetables, smart labels suitable for fruit and vegetable quality inspection are collated, including ethylene-sensitive, color-sensitive and temperature-sensitive types. Finally, the future development and new applications of smart labels are foreseen.
