摘要：
The ontological and epistemological foundations of human rights have been the subject of profound questioning in recent decades. However, despite this symptomatic wear and tear, these foundations have not been replaced by new ways of understanding political action; of negotiation spaces that pave the way for the reformulation of new challenges for social justice. In this process, the role of human rights has been fundamental; however, rights demand to be deconstructed and reworked to respond to new forms of discrimination, dispossession and exclusion.
