Formation and Development of Charitable Societies in the North Caucasus at the End of the 19th and Beginning of the 20th Century

This publication covers the activities of societies in the North Caucasus in the prerevolutionary period Political and economic changes led to social differentiation of society and set society and the state the task of social protection of the disadvantaged segments of the population.
