摘要
Educational leisure is an integral part of students' development that involves the acquisition of knowledge and skills, as well as the formation of attitudes and values related to free time and recreational activities and should therefore be present in the educational plans of educational centers. The present study aims to analyze the perception that adolescents have of the leisure education they receive in the school, family and peer context. For this purpose, an ad hoc questionnaire of 51 items grouped in four dimensions (leisure practices, role of families, teachers and peer group) was applied to a sample of 124 adolescents of both sexes in ESO. The results obtained reveal that, both at the family and school level and with peers, digital, sports and cultural leisure are the most frequented typologies. The age, grade and gender of the students are factors with a direct impact on the leisure habits of adolescents. In order to improve the quality of leisure among young people, successful initiatives to promote valuable and enriching leisure should be incorporated into the educational plans of schools.
