摘要
Distance education, used in the training and qualification of teachers, is constantly growing and needs more studies. This study aimed to test a predictive model of the effectiveness of educational actions offered at a distance, that is, the influence of the variables Learning Strategies, Support to Transfer of Training and Reactions to Instructional Procedures on the Indicators of Training Effectiveness (Impact of Training in Amplitude, Impact of Training in Depth and Organizational Change). Measuring instruments were applied to 793 professors who had graduated from a training course offered by the State Education Network and later moderation and mediation analyzes were carried out. The findings, based on the high levels of adjustment of the models found, proved the explanatory power of satisfaction with instructional procedures, learning strategies, and transfer support (material and peers), for the subsequent process of applying the new skills at work considering both types of impact, in addition to the perception of organizational changes arising from training. The results of the analyzes fill research gaps and offer important subsidies to the evaluation of TD & E programs, bringing theoretical and methodological advances and practical implications for this area of study and intervention, especially with regard to the research context.
