摘要
The diet of the type 2 diabetic subjects is major because it's able to change the fasting and postprandial glycemia and to reduce microvascular and macrovascular complications. It acts through quantitative aspects such as decrease of calorie intake, mainly from carbohydrates, and qualitative aspects: these involve the food choice and the food frequency, but also their natural state. These nutritional advices are well established; so it's necessary to explain them in order to obtain a good adherence of the patient.
