摘要：

A 40-year-old female hairdresser was referred for patch testing with erythema and papules involving the fingers of both her hands of 2-3 years' duration, starting during the COVID-19 pandemic. As well as rheumatoid arthritis, she had ulcerative colitis treated with methotrexate and adalimumab (Humira (R)), commenced some 3 years previously.
