摘要
This paper presents a holographic study of the phasetransitionthat occurs in a nonequilibrium system. The chosen model is a uniqueBriggs-Rauscher oscillatory reaction that, first, follows adeterministic pattern (namely, an oscillatory behavior) and, later, exhibits a phase transition occurring randomly and without any knownlink with the previous deterministic state. The presented researchopens up a new way to reveal complex chemical phenomena and dynamicsin situ, without disturbing significantly the nonequilibrium systemand its pathways. Simultaneously, it unfolds a new route for applicationsof interferometric methods in different areas of materials science.Under the applied conditions, we show that the holographic methodis more sensitive to the phase transition dynamics than the commonlyused potentiometric method.
