摘要
Pseudomonas Aeruginosa was a gram-negative, non-fermentative rod that grows in damp situations and has a high level of antibiotic resistance. In this paper, thirteen control samples were prepared in the microbiology laboratory and an effective method for treating Pseudomonas aeruginosa bacteria was presented. This method was based on the control of the low-intensity laser's exposure time to bacterial growth. A 532-nm wavelength of SHG Nd: YAG laser with actual power of 200 mW was used in this therapy. The laser beam was combined with two types of antibiotics, such as Amikacin and Gentamicin, at different time interval, such as (1-6) minutes. The ability of treating the bacteria was increased twice more than using an antibiotics or laser light alone especially at laser exposure time about 5 and 6 min. This increment in curability is due to the presence of the antibiotic in bacteria's samples that leads to raise the absorption of the laser beam caused a speedy wound healing. An inversely proportionate link between average bacterial growth and laser exposure time was also revealed in this research. Furthermore, a link was created between the irradiation period and the diameter of the sensitive zone. As a consequence, the Pseudomonas bacterium has been entirely destroyed utilizing a low-intensity laser therapy (LILT) and antibiotics depends on the increasing of the bacterium absorbance by the laser power.
