摘要
The creation of sensors capable of detecting nitrogen dioxide molecules in the atmosphere is one of the most important tasks since this gas is a highly toxic oxidizing gas that has a negative impact on the environment and the human body. To solve this problem, this paper proposes to develop a gas-sensitive element based on oriented networks of nickel oxide. An oriented nickel oxide network is obtained on the surface of a silicon substrate with conductive electrodes. Microscopic studies of the resulting mesh were carried out, and the elemental composition and thermal properties were also studied.
