摘要
In August 2022 ESC and ERS published the new PH-Guidelines as a collaborative work. These Guidelines accommodate the lots of new evidence over the last few years and adapted the haemodynamic definition of PH by lowering the mean pulmonary pressure threshold as well as the pulmonary vascular resistance threshold. The exercise PH was newly defined and reentered into the guidelines. Severe PH in association with lung (in group 3) or left heart diseases (in group 2) was newly defined as well. For the first time a recommendation for a PH-specific therapy could be made for a group 3-PH (PH-ILD). In the clinical classification some major and minor changes were made.
