摘要
The proposed RFID tag is flexible and has a compact size of 0.14x0.06x0.0002 lambda 0 at 867 MHz. It is connected with NXP UCODE 2XL chip with impedance Zc = 16-j156 Ohms. This tag is applied to a blood bag and intravenous solution, and then to a water bottle. However, the tag reaches a maximum read distance of 2.25 m and 2 m when placed vertically and horizontally on a blood bag, 2.5 m and 3.52 m when placed on an intravenous solution at theta= 0 degrees and theta= 90 degrees respectively. It is then placed on a PVC (polyvinyl chloride) water bottle and a PET (polyethylene terephthalate) water bottle. This label has a maximum reading range of 13.23 m and 13.29 m on the PVC and PET water bottles respectively. This tag would be useful after its realization for blood bags and intravenous solutions to ensure the safety of medical products and water bottles.
