摘要
Marine microorganisms are an important part of the biosphere and have diverse forms and functions, including bacteria, archaea, fungi, viruses and protozoa. Marine microorganisms are of great importance in maintaining marine ecosystems, influencing global climate, biotechnology applications, energy resource development, biodiversity maintenance and as ecological indicators. For example, marine microorganisms play an important role in the carbon cycle, nitrogen cycle and Sulphur cycle, and are an important part of the marine ecosystem. Therefore, the study of marine microorganisms has become one of the current hot spots in marine science research. Due to their large numbers, wide distribution and often living in extreme environments, the collection and study of marine microorganisms requires efficient, accurate and stable sampling methods [1][2].
