摘要
In terms of new materials, innovation also focuses on improving the quality felt by the consumers. These are ongoing challenges that encourage companies to modernize. The challenge is therefore to design environmentally friendly products using new natural materials while ensuring at least the same perceived quality as conventional synthetic materials. The result of our research to validate the use of sensory evaluation methods on the affected has a BioSource material. Our work has given the opportunity to define sensory profile by the tactile sense relative to the material at the base of linen fibers.
