摘要
In this work, a single transition metal oxide (ZnO) and metal sulfide (NiS) synthesized through a hydrothermal method and their combination of composite materials have been successfully prepared a simple and an easy approch a solid-state method. As the synthesized composite (ZnO/NiS) prepared different percentage ratio such as 7:3, 5:5 and 3:7 respectively. The ZnO, NiS and their nanocomposite materials characterized by using the XRD, SEM, HR-TEM, XPS and EDAX analysis. The electrochemical performance of as prepared electrode materials analyzed by CV, GCD and EIS spectra. The synthesized nanocomposite of ZnO/NiS at 5:5 ratio exhibited the brilliant capacitance of 1322 Fg- 1 at 1 Ag-1 current density, capacitance retention of 76.66 % for continuous 1000 cycles at 4 Ag-1 and also calculated the power and energy density. These results suggests the ZnO/NiS at 5:5 ratio electrode is favorable electrode for an excellent performance supercapacitor.
