摘要
Purpose of ReviewThis review was conducted to investigate the impacts of whole-body vibration (WBV) on motor impairments in individuals with spinal cord injury (SCI).Recent FindingsSeven studies met the specified eligibility criteria. A total of 147 participants (Mean age = 43.34), 19.73% of whom were women. Participants with incomplete SCI comprised 98.64% of the total participants. The Physiotherapy Evidence Database (PEDro) median score was six. The majority of studies showed positive impacts of WBV on motor impairments in individuals with SCI.The WBV intervention can be safe in patients with SCI. The WBV may be an effective intervention in improving motor impairment in patients with SCI. Additional trials with larger sample sizes and long-term follow-ups are strongly needed to verify our findings.
