摘要
A near-infrared fluorescent nanoprobe based on semiconducting polymer nanoparticles (SPNs) for the detection of senescence-associated beta-gal (SA-beta-gal) is developed. Benefiting from the intrinsic lysosome-locating feature, this probe can be successfully used for the visualization of SA-beta-gal in living cells.
