摘要:
An eco-friendly and high corrosion-resistant lithium carbonate coating was fabricated on LAZ141 alloy by low temperature plasma. To investigate the effect of Li content of alloy on the structure, composition and anticorrosive properties of the as-prepared coating, SEM, EDS, EIS and hydrogen evolution tests were adopted for characterization and analysis. The results show that the content of lithium carbonate in coatings is determined by Li content in alloys. A protective layer with high ratio of Li2CO3 can be formed in the coating when the Li content in alloy is beyond 10wt%. Hydrogen evolution and EIS results in 0.6 mol/L NaCl solution indicate that the protective layer can improve the resistance of coating by over two orders of magnitude and reduce the hydrogen evolution rate of substrate by about 70%.
