摘要：

In this paper, we show some Second main theorems for linearly non-degenerate meromorphic mappings over the field P-c(1) of c-periodic meromorphic functions having their hyp er-orders strictly less than one in C-m intersecting slowly moving targets in P-n(C). As an application, we give some Picard type theorems for meromorphic mappings of C-m into P-n(C) under the growth condition hyp er-order less than one.
