摘要
A 15-month-old child with repaired dextro-transposition of the great arteries with ventricular septal defect presented with bradycardia and active coronavirus disease 2019. She was found to have second-degree atrio-ventricular block, which progressed to complete heart block. Management included investigation for multi-systemic inflammatory syndrome in children associated with coronavirus disease 2019, viral myocarditis, and postoperative late atrioventricular block after arterial switch operation with ventricular septal defect closure. The patient required pacemaker implantation for persistent complete heart block. This is the first case of complete heart block in a congenital heart patient with coronavirus disease 2019.
