摘要
Key Clinical MessageFetal and neonatal alloimmune thrombocytopenia (FNAIT) is a rare but serious condition. The first-line antenatal management of FNAIT consists of weekly IVIG with or without corticosteroids, ideally starting before 16 weeks of gestation.
