摘要
The work environment in a company will decide the achievement of the objectives of the entity, based on the performance of the workers and the organizational climate prevailing in the entity. The organizational culture that directly affects business success depends on these elements. The analysis of the work environment in companies in the Quevedo canton, allows detecting difficulties that affect the good performance of the organization related to their organizational culture. The objective of the research is to establish strategies that raise the organizational culture of the companies of the Quevedo canton for the improvement of the labor performance of the companies of the canton. The qualitative-quantitative modality was applied. The research methods applied were inductive deductive, historical - logical, analytical - synthetic. The population studied was made up of 15 companies from the Quevedo canton, techniques were used for the information collection process, among which is the interview and the survey of the 15 managers and 60 collaborators. Strategies related to organizational culture were proposed considering Communication, Teamwork, Personal development, Adaptation to change, Quality improvement and productivity.
