摘要：
Psychotherapeutic approaches, most commonly cognitive-based therapies, can play an important role in the management of TRD. At least a dozen randomized trials in pa-tients with TRD have shown evidence of efficacy. Cognitive-based approaches also show promise in combination with medication or somatic therapies (ie, ketamine) to harness a state of enhanced neural plasticity and therefore improve longer-term out-comes of refractory mood disorders.
