摘要：

Die Nephrolithiasis zahlt zu den haufigsten Nierenerkrankungen und geht auch nach erfolgreicher Therapie mit einem hohen Rezidivrisiko einher. Obgleich zur Rezidivprophylaxe haufig Thiaziddiuretika zum Einsatz kommen, fehlen Daten uber die Wirksamkeit und Dosis-Wirkungsverhaltnisse. Dhayat et al. wollten daher eine Lucke schlie ss en und stellen nun die Ergebnisse ihrer Doppelblindstudie mit uber 400 Betroffenen vor.
