摘要
For a wireless cellular network, the distribution of user terminals in the coverage area of base stations will affect the system spectrum efficiency and throughput. This paper proposes a scheme to incentivize a user to move to a new location considering its spectrum condition at the current geographical location. The objective is to increase the total system throughput and user satisfaction. A user movement probability is defined by combining the system incentive and the user satisfaction, and a multi-objective optimization problem is formulated to maximize the sum rate and satisfaction of all users considering the service and subscriber priority. The differential evolution algorithm is employed to find the solution. Simulation results show that the proposed approach can improve the throughput and user satisfaction given the incentive mechanism.
