摘要：
The treatment of metastatic pheochromocytoma is challenging. We report a case of a woman with recurrent pheochromocytoma with multiple metastases who achieved excellent response after 4 cycles of Lu-177-DOTATATE therapy. She did not experience any observable adverse effects. Her disease was still stable 6 months after the fourth cycle of treatment.
