Aortitis ist eine Gruppe von Erkrankungen, die durch eine Entzundung der Aorta gekennzeichnet sind. Die Gro ss gefa ss vaskulitiden sind die haufigste Ursache einer Aortitis. Die langfristigen Folgen einer Aortitis sind nicht genau bekannt. Zweck der Studie war, Langzeitergebnisse und Prognose einer nicht infektiosen chirurgischen Aortitis thoracica zu evaluieren.
