摘要：

The present of this article is to carry out a study on the crime of illicit drug trafficking, its typification within our legal system, as well as the legal right that is protected, the typical behavior in the commission of this crime (promote, favor, facilitate, acts of manufacturing and trafficking), a crime that can be committed by any person, always being the aggrieved society as a whole, and how the State intervenes in the fight against this crime, to eradicate this crime that it harms our society, and every day it is positioning itself more strongly within our Peruvian territory.
