摘要
Analyzing long-term recordings obtained from passive acoustic monitoring (PAM) is a fundamental task in the field of Ecoacoustics. To address this need, we present EcoAcousticAnalyzer, a comprehensive computational tool consisting of Python codes designed for pre-processing and visualizing audio recordings derived from long-term PAM efforts. The tool is applicable to both terrestrial and marine environments. The methodology underlying the code has been extensively employed and tested in previous studies, yielding easily interpretable results and facilitating straightforward implementation. EcoAcousticAnalyzer empowers researchers to efficiently explore acoustic data, uncover patterns, and gain insights crucial for environmental monitoring and research in Ecoacoustics.
