In this paper, we transform the Fast Cramer -Shoup scheme into Elliptic Curve Cryptosystem (ECC), called Elliptic Curve Fast Cramer -Shoup (EC-FCS). For an elliptic curve with a large prime order, the security proof of Elliptic Curve Fast Cramer -Shoup is the same as that of Fast Cramer
