摘要
The article deals with the relationship between diversity management and innovation in an Information Technology company located in a Science and Technology Park. It sought to identifythe influences of diversity management on innovation perceived in the organization. The approach is qualitative and carried out through a case study. It focused on the perception of the workers interviewed and on additional information, documents and an interview, from the Science and Technology Park, where the company is located. The organization's diversity management policies and practices coincide with the "Integration and Learningstrategy", according to Podsiadlowski et al. (2013) model. The relationships between diversity and innovation have been reputed to promote satisfactory results in engagement and productivity, in addition to impacting products, services and processes. The challenges faced by the organization to develop the diversity management were significant, such as the promotion and maintenance of a safe environment for minority groups, and the need to work on their knowledge and experience.
