摘要
In the context of energy interconnection and low-carbon power, the integrated energy system (IES) has become an important method for multiple energy coordination as well as energy conservation and emission reduction. To further facilitate the low-carbon development of IES, this paper proposes a multi-district integrated energy systems scheduling model considering the carbon emission trading (CET) mechanism and green certificate trading (GCT) mechanism. First, we analyze the feasibility of introducing the carbon-green certificate trading mechanism into IES and establish a carbon-green certificate joint trading market framework, in which the combinatorial double auction (CDA) mechanism is employed to bid for green certificates to determine the best transaction price of green certificates. Second, a heating network, natural gas network and optimization model as well as related constraints of the IES are established. Finally, we analyze the different impacts of CETs, GCTs and changes in natural gas prices on system operating costs. Case studies demonstrate the effectiveness of proposed model.
