摘要
This survey-based study investigated gelotophobia (the fear of being laughed at) in individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), Williams syndrome, and Down syndrome, and revealed that only individuals with ASD experience high levels of gelotophobia. However, seriousness and bad mood (humor temperament traits) appeared as stronger predictors of gelotophobia than diagnostic group membership.
