Neurotoxin in the Lower Th i rd of the Face

BT is the most required treatment of upper -face rejuvenation. However, recently, the application of BT on the lower face has enabled to create balance in muscle strength to smooth and lift. Indication for treatment and tips to be followed have been summarized in this study and should be considered to be able to achieve good results and avoid complications. A good selection of patients and accurate assessment are the first aspects to consider. Knowledge of anatomy of the lower face and neck and appropriate dosage, concentration, and depth of injection of BT are mandatory to treat lower third of the face with BT.
