摘要：
Unilateral hyperhidrosis is an uncommon manifestation, and the majority of cases have been attributed to neurological diseases. There are few cases of unilateral hyperhidrosis associated with thoracic malignant tu-mors. We herein report a 74-year-old Japanese man with squamous cell carcinoma of the lung who presented with unilateral hyperhidrosis in the right thoracic area as one of the first clinical manifestations. We should consider the possibility of pleural diseases, including metastatic lung cancer, when encountering patients pre-senting with unilateral thoracic hyperhidrosis.
