摘要
With the intensification of climate change and the energy crisis, energy saving in buildings is at-tracting more and more attention. With its efficient heat transfer performance and stability, heat pipe plays an increasingly important role in the field of building energy efficiency. This paper fo-cuses on a review of the research on the application of heat pipes in the building field. First, it in-troduces the research progress on the application of heat pipes in the building envelope and dis-cusses the effect of heat pipe integrated building envelope on reducing building energy consump-tion and the effect of building energy saving. Secondly, the current status of research on heat pipes in building energy is reviewed, and the extent to which the application of heat pipes im-proves energy efficiency is comprehensively assessed. Subsequently, other applications of heat pipes in buildings are discussed, including heat/cool storage devices and building ventilation de-vices with heat pipes, and the applicability and feasibility of heat pipe applications are analyzed. Finally, the effectiveness and development prospects of heat pipe applications in buildings are summarized. The overview results show that heat pipe integrated building envelope can save nearly 20% of building energy consumption and integrated building energy system can improve nearly 15% of energy utilization. Heat pipe applications in all areas of buildings can effectively reduce building energy consumption and improve indoor thermal comfort.
