Two 2D transition metal coordination polymers based on 5-(1H-1,2,4-triazol-1-yl) isophthalic acid: synthesis, structure and magnetic properties

摘要
Two coordination polymers {[Co(TIA)(H2O)2]center dot 0.25H2O}n ( Co-1 ), and {[Mn(TIA)(H2O)2] center dot 0.5H2O}n ( Mn-2 ) were obtained solvothermally based on the exquisite combination of multidentate rigid linker 5-(1H-1,2,4-triazol-1-yl) isophthalic acid (H2TIA) and M(NO3)2 center dot 6H2O (M = Co(II), Mn(II)). The structures of 1-2 are both as 3,3-linked two-dimensional layers, which assemble into three dimensional supramolecular microporous structures by O -H center dot center dot center dot O hydrogen bonds. In addition, the static and/or dynamic magnetic characteristics of the two polymers were investigated.(c) 2023 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
