摘要
The effects of heat treatment processes with different aging times on the corrosion behavior and passive film properties of the (FeCoNi)86Al7Ti7 high-entropy alloy were investigated. The study shows that aging time has a significant effect on the grain characteristics and L21 phase distribution. A suitable aging time optimizes the compositional segregation between the face-centered cubic and L21 phases. Samples aged for 1 h exhibit the best corrosion resistance, which can be attributed to the homogeneity of the composition and the quality of the passive film. Ti oxides play a major role in the passive film.
