摘要
The globalisation process in recent years has led to the formation of alternative methods of delivering public services worldwide. In the provision of public services, under the name of "publicprivate partnership", the private sector has started taking a critical degree. It has become an application on the agenda of both developed and developing countries. In this respect, it is seen that the transportation sector is one of the costliest services among public services; large-scale projects have been created by applying the PPP model in the financing and development of the transportation sector in many countries. The study evaluates the PPP model in the world's transportation sector and the increase in private participation in the transportation sector with PPP.
